Abstract

Our data demonstrated that quercetin promotes BMSC proliferation and osteogenic differentiation. Quercetin enhances BMP signaling pathway activation and upregulates the expression of downstream genes, such as <i>OSX</i>, <i>RUNX2</i>, and <i>OPN</i>, via the ER.
