Abstract

Long-term survival of patients with pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum after the Fontan procedure is excellent, but patients with RVDCC remain susceptible to coronary ischaemia and sudden death. Closer surveillance and investigation for exercise-induced ischaemia may be necessary.
