The Heterogeneity Between Lynch-Associated and Sporadic MMR Deficiency in Colorectal Cancers

Abstract

There are heterogeneities in dMMR CRCs. Lynch-associated dMMR patients present with more somatic mutations and neoantigens compared with sporadic dMMR, which probably results in stronger immunoreactions and survival improvement.
