Procarbazine, Lomustine and Vincristine Toxicity in Low-Grade Gliomas

Abstract

Procarbazine, lomustine, and vincristine increase survival in lgg but were also associated with major hematologic, hepatic, neurologic, and cutaneous toxicity. Anti-<i>Pneumocystis jiroveci</i> pneumonia (pjp) prophylaxis, but not anticonvulsants, enhances hematologic toxicity.
