A tetraphenylethylene-based acylhydrazone gel for selective luminescence sensing

Abstract

A supramolecular gel based on dynamic covalent acylhydrazone bonding assembled from small molecules has been reported. The gel shows aggregation-induced emission for selective and sensitive Cu²⁺ and subsequent CN^- detection.
