Abstract

Collectively, our findings identify uPAR and FPR1 as relevant effectors of melanoma cell invasiveness and suggest that inhibitors of the uPAR<sub>84-95</sub>/FPR1 cross-talk may be useful for the treatment of metastatic melanoma.
