Fast, Na⁺/K⁺ pump driven, steady‐state transcytolemmal water exchange in neuronal tissue: A study of rat brain cortical cultures

Abstract

These results suggest that transcytolemmal water exchange in neuronal tissue involves mechanisms affected by NKA activity as well as passive pathways.
