Abstract

Crohn's disease is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that is also associated with extra-intestinal complications, such as arthritis, erythema nodosum, deep venous thrombosis, and uveitis. Involvement of the vulva, however, is a rare fi nding in female patients with Crohn's disease. We present a case of vulvar Crohn's disease and discuss the disease process and treatment options for affected patients.
