Tofacitinib or Adalimumab versus Placebo for Psoriatic Arthritis

Abstract

The efficacy of tofacitinib was superior to that of placebo at month 3 in patients with psoriatic arthritis who had previously had an inadequate response to conventional synthetic DMARDs.
