Streaming Media is a multimedia that is presented to an end user which is constantly received by while being delivered by a provider. Amazon Web Service (AWS) is a collection of remote computing services (also called web services) that together make up a Cloud computing platform, offered over the Internet by Amazon.com. The most central and well-known of these services are Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3. The service is much faster, scalable and cost effective than building a physical server farm. In the existing system, the media streaming is done in computers and it is not in use for common people. Therefore this system is proposed, to take media streaming to every user who uses smartphones. The main objective of this proposed system “Cloud Enabled Media streaming using Amazon Web Services” is streaming of media files through media server using the service of AWS. media server uses Amazon EC2 server for streaming and storing the multimedia files. The storage of multimedia files is done in EBS and Simple Storage Service(S3) maintains the backup of these files. This streaming of data through web servers of the cloud using mobile systems rather than third party software gives better control over the system in imparting new technologies to the end user. It introduces additional flexibility into the execution environments used by high-performance applications. This flexibility can be used to address important issues faced by applications such as traffic monitoring, online concerts, lectures, etc.
