Abstract

This study demonstrated that an IPACK block reduced opioid consumption by providing effective supplemental analgesia following TKA compared to the FNC-only technique. ACB with IPACK provided equivalent analgesia and improved physical therapy performance, allowing earlier hospital discharge.
