Urinary Tract Infection in Children With Nephrotic Syndrome

Abstract

This study emphasizes the importance of UTI in children and can be underdiagnosed in children with nephrotic syndrome because steroid therapy is anti-inflammatory and can mask the symptoms of UTI.
