Degradation of euptox A by tannase-producing rumen bacteria from migratory goats

Abstract

The bacteria producing tannase which catalyses degradation of HTs, and concurrently degrading euptox A, may have potential as microbial feed additives to increase utilization of plant biomass containing antinutritional phytometabolites.
