Abstract

Serological immune response to <i>H. pylori cagA</i>+ strain in <i>H. pylori</i> infected patients is strongly associated with <i>vacA</i> polymorphism, suggesting the crucial role of bacterial factors in immune and clinical phenotype of the infection.
