Abstract

In cases of midshaft clavicle fracture, the distal fragment usually rotates anteriorly because of its anatomical relationships. Shortening deformity after clavicle fracture was reported to change shoulder kinematics, and anterior rotational deformity might adversely affect scapular motion.
