Abstract

Thus, we suggest that the extreme creatine phosphokinase levels may be attributed to a synergistic interaction between low-energy trauma, caused by crawling on hard soil and stones, and exertion. We also emphasize the fact that proper physiological support such as proper hydration may assist in prevention of ER complication such as acute renal failure.
