Abstract

<i>Bacillus paralicheniformis</i> MDJK30 was isolated from the rhizosphere of a peony. It could control the pathogen of peony root rot. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of <i>B. paralicheniformis</i> MDJK30. Eleven secondary metabolism gene clusters were predicted.
