Abstract

Report on solutions to the Shallow Water Test Set using the Spectral Transform Method. The solutions in this report were produced by a spectral transform shallow water model, whose specific algorithm and numerical approximations are described in Hack and Jakob (1992). The spectral transform shallow water model (STSWM) is coded in the Fortran 77 programming language (ANSI X3J3, 1978) and is available via anonymous FTP from the authors.
