Efficacy of cilostazol-based dual antiplatelet treatment in patients undergoing carotid artery stenting

Abstract

Compared to the standard aspirin and clopidogrel dual antiplatelet therapy, cilostazol-based dual antiplatelet treatment reduces the rate of clopidogrel resistance and suppresses new ischemic lesions without hemorrhagic complications.
