The effect of concomitant fields in fast spin echo acquisition on asymmetric MRI gradient systems

Abstract

We demonstrate that the zeroth/first-order CFs specific to asymmetric gradients can cause substantial artifacts, including signal loss and dark bands for brain imaging.
