Down-regulation of liver-intestine cadherin enhances noscapine-induced apoptosis in human colon cancer cells

We inferred that down-expression of extrinsic CDH17 gene can conspicuously promote apoptosis-inducing effects of noscapine on human colon cancer SW480 cells, which is a novel strategy to improve chemotherapeutic effects on colon cancer.
