Influence of socio-economic factors on emotional changes during the postnatal period

Abstract

Women who demonstrate warning symptoms should be screened for postnatal emotional changes and mood swings during their hospitalization after delivery. EPDS seems to be a suitable tool for early detection of emotional disturbances.
