Surgical outcomes of isolated tricuspid valve procedures: repair versus replacement

Abstract

ITV surgery is associated with improved but still relatively high operative mortality. Mid-term outcomes for TVr and TVR are similar with regards to postoperative complications, survival, and freedom from recurrent tricuspid regurgitation.
