Abstract

Autogenous bone block augmentation with staged implant placement seems to be a predictable, short-healing, reconstructive protocol in the esthetic zone maintaining stable peri-implant tissues long-term. Implant augmented sites seem more resistant to develop a recession than adjacent teeth.
