In this paper, a new structure for non-isolated boost dc-dc converter is proposed by applied voltage-lift (VL) technique. The switching of proposed converter is done by pulse width modulation (PWM) method. Then, the behavior of proposed converter in continues current mode (CCM) is explained and the voltage and current relations of each element are extracted. Also, the voltage gain of proposed converter is calculated in CCM. To determine operating mode of proposed converter between CCM and discontinues current mode (DCM), the critical inductance is extracted. The simulation results in PSCAD/EMTDC are confirmed the validity of theoretical concepts.
