Health education is a very important aspect of modern public health, because it should promote health-related lifestyle. Epidemiological data suggest that a significant percentage of both adolescents and adults are characterized by unhealthy lifestyle, especially bad food habits, wrong body posture, physical inactivity, and disturbed biological clock.
