Antimalarial and antiplasmodial activity of husk extract and fractions of <i>Zea mays</i>

Abstract

These results suggest that the husk extract/fractions of Zea mays possesses antimalarial and antiplasmodial activities and these justify its use in ethnomedicine to treat malaria infections.
