Synthesis of Fluoromethyl‐Substituted Isoxazolines <i>via</i> Transition Metal‐Free Oxyfluorination of Alkenyl Oximes

Abstract

Abstract A mild and efficient transition metal‐free intramolecular oxyfluorination of alkenyl oximes is demonstrated. The reaction tolerates a range of substrates to give a series of monofluoromethylated isoxazoline derivatives with good yields. The possible pathways are proposed based on the reaction results and control experiments. magnified image
