IMPACT OF INFRASTRUCTURE COMPONENT ON SOCIOECONOMIC APPROACH TO MODERNIZATION OF THE REGION

Abstract

<p>Innovative list of components and indicators of socioeconomic modernization of regions was formed to identify the region by comparing the integral indexes with integral threshold values, which allows using adaptive management techniques to solve the problem of required values synthesis of the components and their indicators as being the strategic benchmarks for possible scenarios of Development strategies. The current state of infrastructure development of Donetsk region as part of the macroeconomic development was identified as well as t strategic benchmarks for indicators were defined providing rapid infrastructure development up to 2020, the quantitative impact of infrastructure development on the macroeconomic development was shown.</p>
