Transcutical imaging with cellular and subcellular resolution

Abstract

We demonstrate transcutical structural and functional imaging of neurons labeled with genetically encoded red fluorescent proteins and calcium indicators in the living <i>Drosophila</i> brain with cellular and subcellular resolution.
