Detection radar is a great threat and challenge for military target like aircraft in modern war. In order to effectively reduce the radar cross section (RCS) from the object's surface to achieve the stealth performance, a novel graphene absorber based on partial non-periodic plane is presented in this paper. The absorption rate of the proposed graphene absorbing screen is more than 90% in the range of 45GHz-160.5GHz with the relative bandwidth of 112.4%. Furthermore, the properties of polarization insensitive and the reduction of RCS are validated and confirmed by the full-wave simulation.
