Abstract

Eight compounds were identified by comparing their retention time with correspondent standard substances.Icariside I and icariside II significantly stimulated cell proliferation and osteoblasts differentiation.Flavonoid monoglycoside structure might be crucial to exhibit the osteoblasts proliferation and differentiation activity.
