Sliding window prior data assisted compressed sensing for <scp>MRI</scp> tracking of lung tumors

Abstract

In this work we demonstrated the negative impact of slow changes in MR signal for longer duration PDACS dynamic scans, namely increases in image artifact power and reductions of tumor tracking accuracy. We have also demonstrated sliding window implementations (i.e., refreshing of prior data) of PDACS are effective solutions to this problem at both 3 T and simulated 0.5 T bSSFP images.
