Statins ameliorate pulmonary hypertension secondary to left ventricular dysfunction through the Rho‐kinase pathway and NADPH oxidase

Abstract

Inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase may have therapeutic potential for preventing and attenuating the development of PH in left ventricular dysfunction through the Rho-kinase pathway and NADPH oxidase.
