Comprehensive evaluation of state of health of city school students in accordance with the data of enhanced medical examinations (1980-2015)

Abstract

Schoolchildren health in Nizhny Novgorod have been studied from 1980 to 2015 yes. Used archival data of medical examinations of schoolchildren of the city of Gorky in 1950 year. The amount of schoolchildren of I and II health groups decreased, the quantity of schoolchildren of III and IV health groups increased. For 30 year period has increased the average number of morphological and functional abnormalities of one student and the index of multimorbidity chronic diseases. Installed expressed age and sex differences a comprehensive assessment of the health status of children and adolescents.
