Flexible organic circuitsare fabricated with extremely high yield and good uniformity based on high-mobility solution-processed organic p-type and n-type transistors. The continuous casting method enables the production of homogenous organic crystalline films. From the yield of 88.8% for D flip-flop circuits comprising 26 organic transistors, the yield of each transistor is estimated to be as high as 99.5%.
