Abstract

In the title chalcone derivative, C 15 H 9 Cl 2 FO, the dihedral angle between the aromatic rings is 19.13 (15)° and the double bond adopts an E conformation. In the crystal, molecules are connected by weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a chain propagating along the [001] direction.
