This study aimed to describe the needs of teachers, students and develop learning constructivist, as well as test their effectiveness for subjects Car chassis, which can improve the quality of students' Vocational High School in Malang. Research and development are carried out with the steps: initial assessment by mapping the needs of students through the study of documentation and interview; prototype development models; and testing of the expert group and builder subjects. Research conducted at the Vocational High School in Malang. The results showed that ‘BRANO' which was developed based on the needs of students and teachers have met the eligibility, suitability and enforceability according to expert groups and builder group lesson. '‘BRANO’' based on the needs of students to increase the productivity and creativity of students include mindset, the syntax of the model, the social system, the role of infrastructure and learning effects using subjects ‘BRANO’ against Car Transmission.
