Abstract

Boschi di Ferretto–Bagnolo Umbria Region, Province of Perugia is a Site of Community Importance (SCI) IT5210020, The investigations focused on a system of Mediterranean temporary ponds categorised as a priority habitat under the EU Directive 92/43/EEC and listed in Annexe I with the code 3170*. The present report is the first for this species in Umbria, expanding its known distribution range to the NE, towards the inland territories of the Italian peninsula.
