Abstract

The output of the eddy current sensors are sensitive to the influence of temperature changes, the working environment temperature changes directly affect the output stability of eddy current sensor. Comprehensive analysis of the eddy current sensor output and temperature variation relationship using curve fitting method to obtain the temperature-voltage curve equation comprehensively compensates the temperature drift of the sensor. The experimental test results show that this kind of method to inhibit the temperature drift of sensor has a good effect.
