[Immunohistochemical identification of Aspergillus by monoclonal antibody EB-A1].

Abstract

We have developed a new monoclonal antibody EB-A1 that recognizes Aspergillus sp. by immunoassay and in formalin fixed tissues. The sensitivity of this antibody is excellent and its specificity appears correct as many human tissues and several fungi other than Aspergillus sp. are not revealed.
