Investigations on capelin larvae off Northern Norway and in the Barents Sea in 1981-84

Abstract

This report gives a detailed description of the sampling technique, employing the Gulf III plankton sampler. The collected data are\ndisplayed on distribution maps, which show both the total abundance of capelin larvae and the abundance for each of four length groups. A\nrelative index is given for the number of capelin larvae.
