SummaryIn a study of the curative effect of 15 mg. of primaquine daily for 7 days against late attacks, the relapse rate in patients with Korean vivax malaria was reduced from 50 per cent in patients treated with chloroquine to 3 per cent in patients treated with chloroquine and primaquine. The minimum follow-up in any patient was 3 months.
