We have synthesized a new series of fully characterized donor–acceptor systems (<bold>2–7</bold>) involving electron donor triarylamines and electron acceptor naphtho[2,3-<italic>f</italic>]quinoxaline-7,12-dione by employing palladium catalyzed C–N bond forming amination reactions in good yields.
