Abstract

<sup>18</sup>F-florbetaben PET imaging can accurately identify and differentiate between cardiac amyloidosis and hypertensive heart disease. Percentage myocardial <sup>18</sup>F-florbetaben retention was an independent determinant of myocardial dysfunction in cardiac amyloidosis.
