Congenital Erythropoietic Protoporphyria

Abstract

Abstract Two cases of erythropoietic protoporphyria in brothers are presented in detail. The results of clinical studies and porphyrin analyses are presented. The pathogenesis of hepatic involvement and resulting hypersplenism exhibited by one of the cases is discussed.
