Lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer

Abstract

LNM in EGC is a critical factor for assessment of prognosis and determination of therapeutic strategy. Endoscopic mucosal resection or endoscopic submucosal dissection should be considered when patients have low risk of LNM.
