Color feature extraction of Hainan Li brocade image based on RGB and HSV

Abstract

Hainan Li brocade image was studied and typical Li brocade images collected were pretreated. Image features were analyzed, then MATLAB software was used to extract different types of Li brocade image feature. First, Laplacian operator was used to enhance the image and denoise to the image with the noise pollution. Then, a gray scale and binary processing was done to the image. At last, the image color feature was extracted to generate RGB and HSV color histogram.
