SUMMARY Colobomas were found in the upper eyelids, the iris, the choroid, and the optic nerve of 7 domestic cats. Histologic findings in 1 cat with choroidal and optic nerve colobomas included choroidal hypoplasia, optic nerve malacia, and a normal retina.
