[Mini-invasive surgery of the retroperitoneal space in children].

Abstract

Like other laparoscopic techniques, retroperitoneoscopy requires a training: it remains delicate in children because of the reduced working space and the fragility of the peritoneum. However the advantages seem sufficiently obvious for us to recommend and promote this procedure.
